I was thinking about you, just now. I wanted to tell you that. I was quietly minding my own business, fussing over paper to build my project, and your little face danced right into my mind. And now I'm picturing you dancing. I imagine it's a rather amusing feature, I'll sit back and giggle and you just shake it like a Polaroid picture. I hope you're smiling while you read this. Your smile warms my heart.
I wonder about your days and how you look when you wake up. I wonder if your hair is messy like mine usually is, a mane of wild. I wonder what kind of toothbrush you use, I noticed you had a charming smile. It's the little things that people do that I find interesting. In the grand scheme of life, we all do the same thing: wake up, work, eat, breathe, sleep and repeat. So to me, the small things that make us individual, are what I look forward to learning about.
I wish my feet were back in the sandy beach. I loved feeling the sand between my toes. I loved hearing the crash of the waves and the moving water. Not to mention the breeze, it felt like angels whispering in my ears. I know this will find its way to you and you'll see the words and understand my language. But I also know that this may be all we get from one another, some words exchanged. It's a little ailing on my heart, I'll say that honestly. Yet I also smile that I had the opportunity to tell you about my world and share a few moments with you.
I hope you dance into my mind again, and soon. Until then, I'm truly yours and kissing the paper you are now holding. Smile tomorrow night up at the moon, I will as well.
