Seek help.
Find awareness.
Read and communicate so your little mind can absorb all that is around you.
When you are sheltered and your windows to the world are tiny,
I question what you say and how you measure your own words.
Nothing is every truly black and white.
We live in the grey that is in between.
Do you know what that means?
And what I believe is what I believe.
I'm never one to force my beliefs on anyone else.
I'm never one to force my agendas on anyone else.
It's a bit much, but I expect the same from others.
But when you cross the line and force it upon me,
I turn my head and your words come in and go out, as quick as possible.
I read your stance and your personal agenda,
but I find no reason in your personal attacks.
Please carry your own opinion and your own intellectual tongue,
but be cautious as to how you flaunt yourself,
because you come across as immature as you sound.
Spare time feelings. Quick thoughts. Doodle on your hand and a painting in the sand.

Recovery, make it happen
So... apparently, according to Rachel Maddow, only 10% of Americana agree with the Republicans argument that the new stimulus bill was too big and had too little tax cuts. Hm. Doesn't that tell you something? I think it does. Republicans boast that the "American Spirit" is how we are supposed to pull through, not a stimulus bill adding to our debt. Though when the President tells me that he is not a fan of big government, I must then question a Republican's argument that by helping Americans via a stimulus package meant to stimulate the economy, that is clearly a bad thing.
When President Obama spoke at a high school in Mesa, Arizona, one citizen remarked that we should not be bailing out our neighbors who are having mortgage issues, that American's should seek out help from their family. I don't know about you, but in my immediate family, I am one of two people without a steady income, without a JOB. And I can guarantee (by view of the national unemployment rate AND the state unemployment rates (Go Here) ) that there are many other families like mine who cannot simply rely on their relatives to bail them out.
President Obama's speech tonight was hopeful, without the "hope", and uplifting. It was interesting to note the lack of Republican standing ovations, but it truly showed their inability to cross the line and unite. For one night, they could not even put down their old habits and unite. I'm appalled by their behavior, again. "We will recover. We will rebuild." So true... and we may have to do without the support of the Republican party. Though here is my question... what happens when 2013 rolls around and President Obama's plan to cut the debt in half has come true, the economy has turned around, unemployment rates have declined and stocks have risen, how will Republicans react? What will they say? What will Palin and Jindahl say, those young, charismatic newbie Republicans? I'm looking forward to that moment.

Time To Go
To go back, back to where I began, where I started over. But this time, this time I do it right and I do it with everyone in the right place. It's powerful, this feeling, this emotion so overwhelming. Like hope flowing over. I tried this once, I think I tried it twice, but this time, I plan to make it through and not falter. And if I do, if falter is in the experience, I know I'll have my army standing behind me. I have this great world, this great atmosphere, that I am truly wanting to share. I want to open my doors and broaden horizons. I want to smile every time I wake up knowing the decision I made was the best.
Where I sit now I do not see any future. I do not see hope and I do not see progression. In fact, I see instability, humiliation, failure, stale air, insecurities and obscurities. I do not see a future life or a future happiness. For these reasons I plan to make a resolution to do what is necessary to get to the place I started, the place I was born, and make my life whole.
People jump around and constantly move to find who they are and who they want to be. The movers in the world are constantly in action and never ready to settle. I am a mover and I understand the method to my madness. I understand my inability to be still, my A.D.D. of life. But going through the up and down and the back and forth has taught me that it's not WHERE you are, but WHO you are with. I left, I came, I left, and came again. This time, I've come back for one thing. And when I leave, I leave WITH that thing. That is the turning point to this realization of life. I can stop constantly moving because I have the WHO figured out... and no matter where we go, as long as we're together, everything will be okay.
I'd like to plan to go back, again, but for the last time. I came back for one thing and made it happen. Now it's time to look forward and make things happen, positively, with my eyes wide open to all the possibilities.
